With thoughtful gift planning, you can make a difference in the lives of young people for generations to come. The most straightforward planned giving option is to make a bequest in your will. Bequests made through your will take various forms:

• Specific Bequest: Directs a defined dollar gift or property to pass along
• Percentage Bequest: Designates a percentage of the total value of your estate as a gift
• Residual Bequest: Directs that MSHI receive the remainder of the estate, or a portion thereof, after all expenses and other bequests have been made.

OTHER LEGACY GIFT OPTIONS

Gifts may also be in the form of securities, IRAs, insurance policies, and real or personal property. In addition to knowing your memory will influence young people well into the future, you may receive financial benefits and tax savings during your lifetime.
