I am an 8th grade science teacher at Covington Middle School teaching Earth and Space Science class for high school credit. I have a B.Ed. with a minor in Geology and an M.S. specializing in Teachers in Geoscience. I was exposed to the geology in Colorado Springs when I was in 2nd grade and have been hooked ever since.
