SUPPORT BackcountryGirls

Help high school girls explore the wilderness in our backyard and the wilderness within through a weeklong backpacking and art adventure. To empower all girls in the outdoors, BackcountryGirls is free to participants. Mount St. Helens Institute supports families by providing backpacking equipment and transportation that is available to all girls. Your donation will directly support the BackcountryGirls program.

• $600 – Send one girl on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure!
• $300 – Transport families to meet their girls at the trailhead on the final day to celebrate their journey.
• $200 – Outfit a team with a tent – our lightweight home for the week.
• $100 – Keep the girls fueled with yummy nutritious snacks.
• $50 – Empower artistic expression by giving for art supplies.  
• Other – any amount you give – no matter how great or how small – will help us empower young women with leadership, artistic expression and outdoor skills.
