Joe Cha

Joe Cha has been a member of the MSHI Board since 2023. He is retired and formerly the President of HIPZONE, a technology consultancy with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Shanghai. As a former Group President of QuebecorWorld and Vice President of Strategy at Yahoo! Inc., Joe has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 clients, helping them develop and deliver new media workflow strategies and solutions across video, print, web and social media. Prior to Yahoo! Joe started and ran as CEO, XUMA, a SaaS managed services technology business purchased by MCI that is now a core part of Verizon Business Services. Joe has also served in a number of strategic consulting positions including:

PricewaterhouseCoopers, Greater China and Accenture, San Francisco, CA. Joe is a former board member of SAPAAC, IDEAlliance and Cause21 and has multiple degrees from Stanford University and is an MBA graduate of The Harvard Business School.
