Volcanoes in Art

How have people who experience volcanic eruptions share their stories? Learn about the perspective of people who live on or near volcanoes through art.

Grades: K-5 (learners of all ages are welcome!)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
  1. Gather some drawing supplies such as: paper and a pencil, pen, colored pencils, markers, paints, fancy art paper, crayons. You can print out our volcanic hazards coloring sheet but it is not required.
  2. Click on the YouTube video below to join us for an activity.
  3. Complete a weekly challenge (or both) at home or in your neighborhood.
