About
Ken Lederman is a partner at McCullough Hill in Seattle, Washington. As an attorney, Ken is a contaminated property specialist who provides counseling and litigation support on environmental issues in property ownership, transactions and redevelopment both as a former Assistant Attorney General for the Washington State Department of Ecology and in private practice. A lifelong environmental activist and advocate, Ken previously served on the board of directors and as board chair for Washington Conservation Action, both for policy (Washington Environmental Counsel) and political (Washington Conservation Voters) matters. He and his wife (Meredith) and daughter (Alexandra) spend their free time skiing, hiking in the North Cascades, and enjoying the ecosystem of the Long Beach Peninsula.
