Experience Mount St. Helens like never before with a festive fall evening at the Science and Learning Center at Coldwater. Chef (and former MSHI Executive Director) Ray will serve up German favorites like bratwurst, sauerkraut, spaetzle, and more—plus plenty of beer!
Spend the day hiking, paddling or fishing on Coldwater Lake, or exploring the visitor center, then gather with us for a delicious meal and good company, all in support of the Mount St. Helens Institute’s mission. You’re welcome to come just for dinner or stay overnight. Overnight guests can choose from indoor bunks, tent sites, or RV parking, and will also enjoy a hot breakfast on Sunday before heading home.
