WINTER OVERNIGHT & SUMMIT CLIMB

Ready to challenge your summer climbing routine? Join Mount St. Helens Institute for a new and exciting winter camping and climbing experience. In this overnight trip, you will learn skills such as ice axe techniques, crampon and snowshoe use, how to build snow shelters, and how to stay warm while snow camping in the Pacific Northwest. No winter experience necessary, though participants should have hiked Mount St. Helens or something similar in the past.
