SIERRA SMITH, Lead Guide

SIERRA SMITH, Lead Guide

Sierra is student at Oregon State University studying Ecological Engineering. She grew up in Portland and has been hiking and backpacking with her parents since she could walk. She has been rock climbing and mountaineering for the past four years and is passionate about introducing anyone and everyone to these pursuits. After working as an assistant guide last summer, Sierra is delighted to return as a lead guide, field camp host, and work with Ecologist Charlie Crisafulli as a biological technician. At school she works in OSU's indoor climbing center and in her free time can be found playing with her dog, reading, or napping in the woods.
