PATRICK BEEBE-SWEET, Lead Guide

Patrick Beebe-Sweet has been an avid backpacker and mountaineer for the past 25 years. From the Wonderland Trail and thru hiking the PCT, to working as a USFS Backcountry Ranger and RMI Senior Guide, Patrick has spent thousands of hours and miles in the backcountry throughout the United States. As a former doctoral candidate in biochemistry, he enjoys combining these passions by exposing people to the sciences in outdoor settings, through programs such as the Math Olympiad, the North Cascades Institute's Snow School and Mountain School, and is honored to be joining the MSHI team this year as a Lead Guide.

Currently working his way through the AMGA Guide certification program, Patrick is a current AMGA Apprentice Guide and Instructor and holds certifications as a Leave No Trace Master Trainer,  Wilderness First Responder, and AIARE PRO 2 as well as a variety of high angle rescue and search tactics training from county Search and Rescue training missions.
