Joel Frakes, our diligent cook and custodian at the Mount St. Helens Institute, brings with him a wealth of experience from his high school culinary program. His journey with MSHI began through a connection made by his culinary instructor. Joel’s love for the outdoors fuels his passion for MSHI’s mission and work.
